We take the hard work out of preparing your home for market. After a tailored consultation, we transform your space with furniture and accessories specifically chosen to highlight its best features. You’ll enjoy up to 6 weeks of styling to capture the perfect buyer. Once unconditional, we return to remove everything, leaving you with a clean home and a successful result.
At Final Stage, our comprehensive staging solutions are designed for properties where owners or tenants have already moved out. This allows us to maintain a pristine, "display-home" aesthetic throughout your campaign.
While we do not stage homes that are currently lived-in, we are happy to discuss partial staging projects. In these instances, we can style specific rooms or work alongside select pieces of your own furniture to enhance the home’s overall appeal.
The staging installation involves our team arriving on site at the arranged time. The team will deliver all the furniture, soft furnishings and accessories to furnish and style the property to ensure it is ready for sale. Styling takes approximately 4–6 hours.
Not at all. In fact, most clients prefer to let our team get on with the transformation. We can arrange access prior to the installation date—either by collecting a key from an agreed-upon location or using a lockbox. Alternatively, you or your Real Estate Agent can briefly meet us on-site to provide access and simply return a few hours later to lock up once we’re finished.
Our standard staging period is up to 6 weeks, which covers most sales campaigns. If your property remains on the market beyond this time, extensions are available at a weekly rate. We’ll contact you before the hire period ends to discuss options.
Pop the champagne! There’s no refund, as most of the cost covers the styling service, not just hire time. Once it’s unconditional, let us know and we can schedule the pickup date so it's ready for the new owners.
While we welcome your input, the final design is strategically determined by our team. We tailor the style direction to the property, location, and ideal buyer profile. Staging is a marketing tool designed to achieve the best possible sale price, which sometimes means using a neutral style that differs from personal taste. Trust our team to maximise buyer appeal.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the selected furniture for your installation date. The final 75% payment must be made at least five business days before the scheduled installation. For last-minute bookings (within five days of install), full payment is required immediately to secure your staging.
We understand that plans don't always go as expected. If you need to reschedule your staging date, please let us know as soon as you can. We will happily adjust your booking to the next available install date without penalty, as we will always work with you to find a stress-free solution.
Please note that if you choose to cancel your staging outright, the deposit amount paid will be forfeited.
